AI-Native Entrepreneurship Training Program for the Next Generation of Builders. Learn to build, validate, and launch AI-powered ventures — solo.
About the program
One person. AI tools. The leverage of a full team.
The future of entrepreneurship is no longer only about headcount. With AI agents, local compute, and workflow automation, one person can now research, build, market, and prototype at a speed that previously required a full team. This program introduces you to that paradigm.
WHAT you'll learn

AI-Native Mindset
How AI changes the way individuals build companies, products, and services

Venture Ideation
Use AI to identify opportunities, validate markets, and shape startup ideas

Local AI & Hardware
Edge compute and personal AI infrastructure for faster experimentation

Agent Engineering
Build AI agents for research, content, operations, and product development

Build & Demo
Go from idea to prototype, pitch, or workflow demo — ready for Demo Day

Workflow Design
Operate like a full team using AI tools, automation, and structured thinking
8-session schedule
Every Saturday, starting May 16
Kick off your builder journey. Learn the One-Person Company framework and watch a live AMD Ryzen AI device demo — see local AI in action from day one.
Master the art of prompting and put AMD hardware to the test. Run real benchmarks comparing local AI vs. cloud — and feel the difference.
Connect OpenClaw to a local AMD Ollama endpoint and run live market research workflows. This is where building begins.
Build autonomous AI agents and run your first LoRA fine-tuning session on AMD hardware. No cloud required.
Turn your idea into something real. Build a functional prototype, workflow demo, or pitch — and record it live on AMD hardware.
UC Berkeley EECS professor and robotics researcher Allen Yang joins live to explore the frontier of Physical AI, embodied intelligence, and edge compute.
Valkyrie Fund Managing Partner Jinpei Li shares what investors look for in AI-native founders — and how to position your idea for the next stage.
Your moment. Present your AI-native venture to a live audience in a full 120-min Demo Day powered by AMD. Top projects advance to mentorship, incubation, and investment consideration.
Featured guest lecture
Physical AI — Bridging Intelligence and the Real World
Executive Director
FHL Vive Center for Enhanced Reality
Allen Yang is a faculty member in the EECS department at UC Berkeley and Executive Director of the FHL Vive Center for Enhanced Reality. A leading researcher at the intersection of AI and the physical world, he has published over 100 technical papers and holds more than 20 US patents across computer vision, autonomous systems, and immersive interfaces. His work spans robotics, AR/VR, SLAM, gesture recognition, and 3D reconstruction — spanning both cutting-edge academia and real-world industry application.

FQA
Everything you need to know before you apply — from format and equipment to schedule and location.
Yes — bringing your own laptop is strongly emphasized. All participants are expected to bring a personal computer to every session. AMD hardware will be used for live demonstrations by the instructor, not distributed to participants.
Both formats have access to the same content and recordings. In-Person sessions are held at Suite 205, 2933 Bunker Hill Ln, Santa Clara, CA — in-person spots are limited to the first 100 registrants on a first-come, first-served basis. Online participants join via live stream and will also have access to session recordings.
The program begins Saturday, May 16. Sessions are held every Saturday at 2:00 PM PT. The detailed weekly schedule will be announced soon — stay tuned.

You will receive a confirmation email after registration.
This is a hands-on builder program — not a lecture series. It’s best suited for people who want to build real AI-powered products or workflows, are comfortable experimenting with tools, and can commit 5–10 hours per week. No prior startup experience is required, but a willingness to build and iterate is essential.
Some comfort with basic tools (AI apps, no-code platforms, or light coding) is helpful. The program covers local AI deployment and agent engineering, which may have a learning curve for complete beginners — but curiosity and willingness to try are more important than credentials.
